Post Fracture rehab for upper limb and lower limb
Post fracture there is a phase of immobilisation which brings stiffness, weakness, swelling and pain. Joint needs to be mobilised as early as possible in a pain free range. Patient will be supported with pain management, splints/braces. Etc during rehabilitation.
Spinal Surgery
is usually followed by spinal braces (Miami, TLSO…ETC) followed by pain management and early mobilisation and later strengthening to full recovery.

Positioning, mobilisation, precautions, weight bearing, range of motion, strengthening and gait training

Shoulder dislocation and fracture
Resting sling, range of motion, pain management and strengthening.
